All furniture items in the Solerno Collection will arrive to customers in 14-16 weeks by March 2024.

Scheduled white glove shipping

Our standard scheduled white glove service includes delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials, and any furniture assembly required. You will be contacted when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.

Sofas, Sectionals, and single Modular Chairs have a tiered shipping price based on the number of seats ordered.

Repair or replacement options for defects in materials or workmanship, with limitations on extending or restarting the warranty period.

Exclusions encompass ordinary wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions, improper maintenance, and costs associated with warranty claims.

How do I maintain and care for my furniture?

Maintaining your Solerno Collection furniture is simple. For general cleaning, wipe down with a damp cloth. During severe weather, we recommend storing the power bar indoors. For a refresh, simply toss the cushion covers in the washing machine with cold water and air dry.

Full care instructions are provided with your purchase to ensure your chair remains in excellent condition.
