Scheduled white glove shipping
Our standard scheduled white glove service includes delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials, and any furniture assembly required. You will be contacted when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.
Sofas, Sectionals, and single Modular Chairs have a tiered shipping price based on the number of seats ordered.

Small products ship by ground for FREE by either FedEx or UPS. The following products are shipped by ground:

- 3-year warranty for teak frames against physical or structural failure.
- A 5-year warranty for cushion covers and foam inserts against loss of functionality and fabric deterioration.
- 1-year warranty for power bars and a 2-year warranty for HeatTech™ heating pads against electronic failures.
Repair or replacement options for defects in materials or workmanship, with limitations on extending or restarting the warranty period.
Exclusions encompass ordinary wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions, improper maintenance, and costs associated with warranty claims.
