Shipping & Deliveries

Outmore Living's shipping times vary depending on date of purchase and the specific product ordered. If you have a question about your product's specific order time, please feel free to email us at orders@outmoreliving.com.


Shipping Details

  • Purchasing and shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States. 
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office, DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations or to freight forwarders. 
  • If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
  • We do not offer expedited shipping. 
  • Partner products may not be shipped directly by Outmore Living but Outmore Living will be responsible for all order notifications and status updates from orders placed on outmoreliving.com.

Delivery Details

  • Freight shipments require an adult 18 or older to be present at time of delivery.

LTL delivery (Assembly Required)

Our standard LTL/Freight deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time. Delivery window length is dependent on the carrier.

  • This service is curbside or threshold based on carrier and geography.

  • The carrier will not remove pallets, packaging, or other materials used to secure shipment.

  • Appointments must be made within five (5) days of original carrier outreach.

  • Any fees associated with holds, storage fees, or re-delivery attempts will be passed along to the customer.

  • *Certain US Zip codes considered “hard-to-reach” might incur additional shipping fees. See here for a current list of ZIP-codes that fall under this category. 

Fees are tiered by order value:

  • $0-$999: Fee $29

  • $1,000-4,999: Fee $199

  • $5,000-9,999: Fee $299

  • $5,000-9,999: Fee $299

  • $10,000-14,999: Fee $499

  • $15,000+: Fee $799

Scheduled white glove shipping

Our optional scheduled white glove service includes delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials, and any furniture assembly required. You will be contacted when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.

This option will be an additional $200 on top of your tiered LTL shipping cost. 

Small parcel shipping 

The following products are shipped by ground FedEx or UPS if they're not apart of a larger order:

  • Side Tables

  • All-Weather Covers

  • Cushion Fabric Replacement Covers

  • Pillows & Throw Blankets

  • Accessories

365 Day Returns

  • We feel confident in the products we sell, so we back our products with industry-leading warranties to ensure our customers can purchase with peace of mind. Within 365 days of delivery, we offer returns that will incur a 20% return fee plus the cost of return shipping.

Return Details

  • We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.
  • We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
  • Partner products, items specifically not made by Outmore but sold on this website, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, just email us at orders@outmoreliving.com.  

Your merchandise will be inspected and the appropriate refunds will be issued. Exchanges are treated the same as returns. Our team takes great pride in working with our customers to ensure a quick and efficient resolution to any return request. 

 

Damages

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right.  

Please contact us at orders@outmoreliving.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair your seating, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
