Shipping Info
LTL delivery (Assembly Required)
Our standard LTL/Freight deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time. Delivery window length is dependent on the carrier.
- This service is curbside or threshold based on carrier and geography.
- The carrier will not remove pallets, packaging, or other materials used to secure shipment.
- Appointments must be made within five (5) days of original carrier outreach.
- Any fees associated with holds, storage fees, or re-delivery attempts will be passed along to the customer.

Fees are tiered by order value:
- $0-$999: Fee $29
- $1,000-4,999: Fee $199

Scheduled white glove shipping
Our optional scheduled white glove service includes delivery, placement in area/room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging materials, and any furniture assembly required. You will be contacted when the product is shipped to schedule your delivery.
This option will be an additional $200 on top of your tiered LTL shipping cost.

Repair or replacement options for defects in materials or workmanship, with limitations on extending or restarting the warranty period.
Exclusions encompass ordinary wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions, improper maintenance, and costs associated with warranty claims.
